Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LiveWire, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

LiveWire is operated by Heavy925 LLC (“LiveWire,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We reserve the right to update these Terms — when we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and notify you of significant changes.

You must be 13 years or older to use LiveWire. By using the app, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity (or parental consent if required by your jurisdiction) to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using LiveWire under applicable law
• You have not been previously banned from LiveWire

LiveWire is rated 13+ in the App Store, which aligns with our minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly allow accounts for users under 13.

You’re responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete profile information
• Notifying us immediately at schedule1mafia@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access

You may not:

• Share your account with anyone else
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use someone else’s photos, name, or identity on your profile

LiveWire is a community built on real-world connection. To keep it safe, you agree NOT to:

Harassment and abuse

• Harass, bully, threaten, or stalk other users
• Send unwanted sexual content or messages
• Make hateful or discriminatory statements based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Engage in coordinated harassment campaigns

Illegal activity

• Use LiveWire to commit crimes or facilitate illegal activity
• Solicit illegal goods, services, or sexual services
• Distribute drugs, weapons, or stolen goods
• Engage in human trafficking or exploitation

Safety and integrity

• Post or share sexually explicit content, nudity, or graphic violence
• Share content involving minors in a sexual context (we report this to NCMEC and law enforcement)
• Promote self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide
• Spread misinformation or scams

Platform abuse

• Spam other users with promotional content or repeated unwanted messages
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access LiveWire
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Bypass security features or rate limits
• Resell access to LiveWire or your account
• Scrape user profiles or data

Fraud and impersonation

• Misrepresent your identity, age, location, or affiliation
• Catfish or deceive other users about who you are
• Use stolen photos or AI-generated content to impersonate a real person
• Run romance scams, financial scams, or recruitment scams

We enforce these rules. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of the content you post on LiveWire (photos, messages, profile information, etc.).

By posting content, you grant LiveWire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we need to retain it for legal compliance or safety investigations.

You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you post, and that your content does not violate any third party’s rights.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms:

• Use the Report button on any user’s profile to flag the user
• Use the Block button to prevent further contact
• Email schedule1mafia@gmail.com for serious concerns

We review reports promptly and take action proportional to the violation. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users permanently. We do not pre-screen content; we rely on user reports and automated detection.

We cooperate with law enforcement on lawful requests and reserve the right to disclose information when we believe in good faith that doing so will prevent harm.

LiveWire uses location services to enable proximity-based discovery. By using these features:

• You consent to your approximate or precise location being used to power discovery
• You understand that other users may see that you are nearby (visibility controlled by your privacy settings)
• You agree not to use proximity features to stalk, surveil, or track another person without their consent
• You acknowledge that proximity features require both parties to opt in for full functionality (e.g., Find Person)

You can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings → LiveWire.

LiveWire provides voice calls, video calls, and direct messages. By using these features:

• You agree not to record conversations without all parties’ consent where required by law
• You acknowledge that voice and video calls use end-to-end encryption — call audio and video cannot be read or stored by LiveWire or third parties. Direct messages are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• You agree that proximity introductions, missed calls, and message notifications may be sent to your device

We are not responsible for the content of user-to-user communications.

Your use of LiveWire is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the app, you consent to our data practices as described there.

You may stop using LiveWire at any time. You can permanently delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violating these Terms or our community guidelines
• Engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal behavior
• Risk to other users’ safety
• Extended inactivity (after notice)
• Any reason permitted by law

If we terminate your account for violations, we may retain some information as required for safety, legal, or enforcement purposes.

LiveWire is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The accuracy of user profiles or content
• That any specific person will use the app or want to meet you
• The behavior, intentions, or character of other users
• That proximity features will work in every environment

Meeting people from the internet involves risk. Use your best judgment. Meet in public places. Tell a friend where you’re going. We are not responsible for the actions of other users, including offline interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LiveWire and its founders, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim related to LiveWire is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for the actions of other users, including any harm, harassment, or losses they cause
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches outside our reasonable control

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold LiveWire harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of LiveWire
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party’s rights
• Content you post or share

Informal resolution

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at schedule1mafia@gmail.com and try to resolve the issue informally. We will respond within 30 days.

Arbitration

If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, you agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Los Angeles, California.

Class action waiver

You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings against LiveWire.

Exceptions

You may bring a claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Opt out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by emailing schedule1mafia@gmail.com within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

If you downloaded LiveWire from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and LiveWire, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for LiveWire
• Apple is not responsible for LiveWire content or any claims related to the app
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
• You will comply with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
• We’ll notify you in the app or by email for material changes
• Continued use of LiveWire after a change means you accept the updated Terms
